A leading independent Scottish law firm is looking to add a talented Corporate Associate (4–5 years’ PQE) to its well-regarded team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing corporate practice advising a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to large national organisations. Responsibilities
- You will be involved in a wide variety of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions

- Shareholder agreements and general advisory work
