A leading independent Scottish law firm is looking to add a talented Corporate Associate (4–5 years' PQE) to its well-regarded team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing corporate practice advising a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to large national organisations. The team is known for its supportive culture, high-quality work, and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- You will be involved in a wide variety of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate restructurings
- Shareholder agreements and general advisory work
- Due diligence and transactional support
You will work closely with experienced partners and have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, including direct client contact and mentoring more junior team members.
Qualifications
