Corporate M&A Associate

A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a highly skilled Corporate M&A Associate to join its elite transactional team. The firm is renowned for advising top-tier corporations, private equity clients, and high-profile investors on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing sophisticated M&A transactions, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documentation.
• Conducting comprehensive due diligence and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Advising clients on deal structuring, regulatory considerations, and emerging market trends.
• Collaborating with partners, counsel, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless transaction execution.
• Supporting client relationship management and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate/M&A at a leading U.S. or international law firm.
• Exceptional academic credentials and a proven track record handling complex, high-stakes transactions.
• Superior drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
