An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Associate with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded and growing commercial property team.
Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
Handle landlord and tenant matters, property finance transactions and general asset management work.
Provide commercial property support on corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
Manage an experience-appropriate caseload independently while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client service.
Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the commercial property practice.
Qualifications Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with experience handling complex matters.
Experience gained at a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional law firm.
Strong technical expertise across commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and corporate support transactions.
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, alongside a strong and reliable billing record.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and business development skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated commercial clients.
