I am currently working with a highly regarded national law firm seeking an ambitious Associate to join its Commercial Disputes team, supporting their clients with both cross border and national disputes.
Advise and represent clients on a wide range of commercial disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking events, client seminars, and thought leadership activities.
Ensure matters are managed efficiently, maintaining high standards of client service, compliance, and financial performance.
Qualified Solicitor with approximately 4+ years' post-qualification experience in commercial disputes.
Experience handling a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial and contractual disputes.
