An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded residential property team.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of high-value and complex residential property matters, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and property investors.
Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
Advise clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, refinancing, lease extensions and enfranchisement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professional contacts.
Contribute to business development, networking and the continued growth of the residential property practice.
Qualified solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing.
Proven ability to manage a residential property caseload independently.
Experience handling complex or high-value residential property matters.
Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
Commercially aware and comfortable working towards financial and billing targets.
