An Elite US firm is seeking a 3–4 PQE Funds Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Finance team in London . The firm is open to considering both England & Wales-qualified lawyers based in London and Luxembourg-qualified lawyers with relevant funds finance experience who are looking to join its London practice. You will work on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border funds finance matters, including: Advising leading private equity, credit, and alternative investment fund clients on complex financing transactions Acting for lenders and borrowers on subscription facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, and other fund-level financing arrangements Advising on the financing aspects of fund formations, acquisitions, investments, and portfolio transactions Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, and ancillary finance documentation Advising on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional financing structures Working closely with the firm's market-leading private funds, private equity, and banking & finance teams 3–4 PQE experience in funds finance, leveraged finance, banking & finance, or a closely related practice ~ Strong technical knowledge of finance documentation and transaction structures ~ Experience advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment funds, or other sophisticated institutional clients ~ Strong academic background ~ Market-leading US firm compensation and bonus structure Exposure to sophisticated, high-value cross-border funds finance transactions Opportunity to work with leading private equity, private credit, and alternative investment clients High-quality work within a prestigious and highly regarded global Finance practice Excellent platform for long-term career progression Significant international and cross-office exposure Opportunity to work on market-leading transactions from the firm's London office
