A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Arbitration Associate to join its highly regarded disputes team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-value international arbitration matters across a diverse range of sectors.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and growing practice, working closely with a highly respected partner known for handling sophisticated cross-border disputes. The team is particularly active in commercial and investment treaty arbitration, representing major corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign entities.
Responsibilities:- Advising on international arbitration matters under major institutional rules (including ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL)
- Assisting with the preparation of written submissions, witness statements, and expert reports
- Managing document review and case strategy development
- Supporting hearings and working with clients across multiple jurisdictions
- UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent common law qualification)
- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in international arbitration
- Strong academic background and excellent analytical skills
- Experience working on cross-border disputes within a leading disputes practice
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills
- Exposure to top-tier international arbitration work
- Close mentorship from a leading practitioner in the field
- A collaborative and high-performing team environment
