I’m currently working with a highly respected regional law firm that is looking to strengthen its Family team in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join an established team, working predominantly with privately funded and high-net-worth clients on complex and high-quality matters.

The Role

  • Handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters
  • Advising HNW individuals on complex financial remedy cases and substantial assets
  • Managing divorce and separation matters, alongside private children work
  • Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • Advising on family businesses, succession planning and asset protection
  • Dealing with sensitive domestic abuse applications

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years’ PQE within Family Law
  • Strong experience managing a privately funded caseload
  • Experience dealing with HNW clients and complex financial matters
  • Excellent technical, drafting and client management skills
  • Commercially minded with an interest in business development
