A premier international law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its market-leading International Arbitration team based in London.

The Practice

Recognised globally as a centre of excellence, this highly regarded practice is consistently ranked at the top of the field. The team is known for its involvement in high-stakes commercial and investor-state disputes across a broad range of sectors including energy, financial services, construction, insurance, telecoms, M&A, and public international law. With experience spanning all major arbitral rules (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, AAA, VIAC, UNCITRAL, and more), the team operates across a global footprint – regularly handling arbitrations seated in London, Paris, Geneva, Singapore, Hong Kong, and beyond.

Who You Are

  • A qualified solicitor with strong academic credentials
  • 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in international arbitration, ideally with a top-tier disputes practice
  • Experience in both commercial and investor-state arbitrations preferred
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Comfortable working across jurisdictions and legal systems
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team culture
