Interlink is looking for an exceptional and dynamic Project Manager covering Volunteering Programmes. You will be confident in your leadership, facilitation and line management skills.
- Salary: NJC SCP 23, Β£34,434 (Β£35,570) to 24, Β£35,412 (Β£36,581) after completion of a probationary period. Pro-rata for part-time hours. Inflationary pay award pending (figures in brackets).
- Hours: 30 or 37 hours per week
- Contract: 18 months (continuation will be subject to funding).
- Location: Working remotely and in community venues in RCT. Interlink has an office base in Pontypridd.
You will need to be:
- Be proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently.
- Skilled in building positive and productive relationships with colleagues, individuals, groups, and partners.
- A confident communicator able to engage, influence and gain commitment from groups and partners.
- Committed to person-centred practice, coproduction and equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Facilitate and coordinate partnership projects and networks including the RCT Trail Blazers programme, the RCT Volunteering Network and Volunteers Week.
- Line-manage the Volunteering Officer (Community Advice Team).
- A relevant degree or higher-level qualification and at least 5 yearsβ experience of leading/ managing projects.
