They offer customers more than the average kitchen and bath showroom experience, creating an elevated experience from the moment a client walks in the door, whether they are selecting a product or getting a full kitchen design. The role provides an opportunity to enhance experience in design, customer service, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Design kitchens and baths for showroom clients, providing full design services from concept to completion.
- Engage with customers to understand needs, present design options, and specify products.
- Collaborate with sales, vendors, and project teams to deliver a cohesive experience.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree, Interior Design or related is a plus
- 3+ years of kitchen and bath design experience
- AKBD or CKD certification a plus
- Experience in home décor and renovation sales (kitchen & bath, furniture, surfaces, lighting, décor)
- Strong command of technology – apps, virtual meetings, document sharing, CRM, and multi-platform integration
- Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
- 2020 Design experience
- Interior or CAD-based design software experience a plus (2020, Chief Architect, SketchUp, CAD, Revit); Adobe products a plus
