This role is well suited for senior Quantity Surveying professionals with experience in high-end residential construction, international procurement, and delivering complex projects from a commercial perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tenders, bids, cost plans, and project budgets
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and related correspondence
  • Lead procurement processes including vendor selection, quotations, negotiations, and contractor agreements
  • Monitor project costs, variations, change orders, and cash flow forecasts
  • Support commercial reporting, management information systems (MIS), and financial oversight across projects
  • Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and provide commercial recommendations
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based cost trackers, dashboards, and cost control tools
  • Utilise digital tools, estimation software, and AI-enabled systems to enhance QS processes
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and leadership teams on commercial matters

  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Expertise in quantity estimation, cost planning, tender documentation, and BOQ preparation
  • Proven experience in procurement management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration

  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and digital QS tools
  • Ability to work remotely while coordinating with international stakeholders
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working on international projects, particularly in the Middle East
  • Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Primavera, Aconex, or similar
  • Experience preparing MIS reports, cost forecasts, and value engineering studies
  • Ability to use AI tools for documentation, scope reviews, and comparisons
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong background in residential or luxury housing projects
  • Middle East project experience is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
