We’re a close-knit, friendly team at our West Wickham store, and we’re looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to help our store manager, Paul. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and loves providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer’s requirements, and assisting them to select the ideal carpet for their needs.
  • Arranging for our estimators to make visits to take measurements and provide quotations.
  • Following up on orders to ensure deliveries arrive as required.
  • Sending orders and other paperwork to head office.
  • Taking in deliveries as necessary.
  • Arranging work for the fitters.
  • Looking after the general running of the store.
