It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and loves providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities * Understanding customer’s requirements, and assisting them to select the ideal carpet for their needs. * Arranging for our estimators to make visits to take measurements and provide quotations. * Following up on orders to ensure deliveries arrive as required. Sending orders and other paperwork to head office. * Taking in deliveries as necessary. * Arranging work for the fitters. * Looking after the general running of the store.
