Interior Studio Ltd is a luxury interior design consultancy delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces across the UK. We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to manage projects from briefing through to successful handover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate multiple design and fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Central liaison between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout each project
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, procurement trackers, and progress reports
- Organise site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly
- Manage procurement of materials, furnishings, and fixtures to cost and quality targets
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, specifications, and correspondence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally in interior design or construction
- Excellent organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to manage client expectations and suppliers
- Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for interiors and design
