We are a small, founder-led online business: one channel, one market, and a product range decided entirely by data, not opinion. Our mission is to make iconic design accessible to everyone. We sell replica furniture, proudly. Set up new products across our online store and advertising, and act fast on how they perform Run product development with our external technical team for new designs; Uncapped bonus As above: your bonus is tied to the performance of the products you launch, with no ceiling. Experience in furniture: product development, design, buying, production or merchandising A real passion for furniture and a strong eye: you know what looks good and how it fits together, and you can explain why Commercial and data-driven: you care whether a product sells, not just whether you like it Furniture product development, design, buying or merchandising as a primary role Furniture manufacturing or technical knowledge (materials, construction, tech packs) Experience dealing with overseas suppliers (quotes, samples, production) Knowledge of the US furniture market Experience with e-commerce platforms, online advertising or AI image tools (helpful, not required) we don't design. Data over opinions. It is the right role for someone who wants to build a product machine, not manage one yet. As we grow, we will appoint a Head of Product from within.
