About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Power Engineer 4 | Maintenance Worker V to join our dedicated team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, BC. Our facility is committed to providing high-quality care, and we need skilled professionals to maintain our infrastructure to the highest standards.
What You Will Work On:
As a PE/MW, you will operate and maintain a power plant or low-pressure steam plant by operating, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on boilers, air conditioning units, emergency power systems, and related equipment, in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Responsibilities include performing trades duties at a journeyman level in trades such as electrical, plumbing, and painting, and supervising Maintenance Workers and other staff.
Work Schedule:
This permanent full-time position offers Sunday to Thursday day shifts from 07:00 to 15:00. It requires regional travel and some overnight stays. You will qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
