About the Job

As a Community Health Worker, you will support clients\’ independence by providing home support services, assisting with personal care, and promoting maximum independence. Responsibilities include:

• Activities of daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene)
• Household duties for a safe environment
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with mobility and transfers
• Observing and reporting changes in client behavior and condition
• Delegated tasks per training and procedures

This is a casual position, with hours ranging from 0-37.5 per week, scheduled days and nights on a rotating basis from 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00.
