Aufgaben

  • Führung: Strategische Leitung des Hardware-Portfolios im Bikesharing sowie zentrale Führung des Produktteams und Steuerung von Technik-, Design- und Fertigungsteams über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg.
  • Marktforschung: Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Nutzerstudien zur Identifikation von Trends, Nutzerbedürfnissen und Innovationen.
  • Strategie: Entwicklung und Priorisierung der Produktstrategie und -roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
  • Produktentwicklung: Steuerung des Hardware-Designprozesses inklusive Prototyping, Testing und iterativer Weiterentwicklung.
  • Optimierung: Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen und Nutzerfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Hardware.
  • Markteinführung: Strategische Verantwortung für Markteinführung, Betrieb und End-of-Life von Hardwareprodukten – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Vertrieb für eine starke Marktpositionierung.

Qualifikation

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen BWL, Product Management / Produktdesign, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik bzw. einen ähnlichen Bildungshintergrund ggf. mit einer weiterführenden technischen Qualifikation.
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement – idealerweise mit Bezug zur Mikromobilität.
  • umfassende Expertise auf dem Gebiet von Hardware-Entwicklungsprozessen (Design, Prototyping, Fertigung und Lieferkettenmanagement).
  • starke Führungskompetenz mit Fokus auf Teammotivation und -entwicklung.
  • verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1).
  • Entscheidungskompetenz und ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise.
