Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Leader with strong business development skills in the civil engineering sector. Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering sector, particularly in projects related to substations, access roads, foundations, and heavy structures.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s presence in the Scottish market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities.
  4. Lead negotiations on contracts and project agreements to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.
