We are now looking for a Partnership Manager – Enterprise who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our enterprise ecosystem. This individual will develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with large organisations, enabling high-value collaborations and long‐term business impact. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, relationship‐driven, and highly proactive, capable of managing complex stakeholder environments while delivering strong commercial and operational outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B/partnership strategy
  • Identify, qualify and engage potential enterprise partners, establish relationships with senior stakeholders and manage the full partnership lifecycle
  • Design and propose commercial and operational partnership models aligned with enterprise needs, volumes, service levels and mutual KPIs
  • Own contract negotiation and execution: finalise terms & conditions, pricing, SLAs, governance, escalation paths and ensure all legal/finance/operations alignment
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure partnership deliverables are met including integration, service setup, joint marketing, partner enablement and governance
  • Manage partner performance post‐onboarding: monitor KPIs, traffic/volume growth, margin, partner satisfaction, churn, issue resolution and continuous improvement
  • Identify upsell, cross‐sell and expansion opportunities within enterprise partnerships, driving incremental revenue and deeper engagement
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, competitive offerings and emerging enterprise‐technology models
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in B2B/enterprise partnerships, ideally in telecom, communications platforms, CPaaS or online gaming
  • Strong track record of engaging senior enterprise stakeholders, negotiating complex agreements and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience building business cases, forecasting revenue, analysing margin, risk and operational readiness
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate enterprise‐level goals into actionable partnership plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive execution in cross‐functional settings
  • Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and high expectations
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management and partner performance tracking
  • English fluency (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are advantageous
