Part-time paid role (around two days per week) based in Herne Hill, South London. Over the last 15 years, we have helped place intergenerational fairness at the centre of UK policy debates. Our work is regularly cited by politicians, policymakers, journalists, academics and broadcasters. We work on a wide range of issues affecting younger and future generations, including housing, pensions, taxation, government debt, higher education, wealth, health, public services and the environment. We are a small team, so everyone’s contribution matters. The role would be varied, hands‑on and central to helping IF become better organised, better known and more effective.

About the role: We are looking for someone who can help coordinate IF’s work across research, communications, fundraising, events, volunteers and public affairs.

You would work closely with the research team to help ensure that IF’s research is published effectively, communicated clearly and used to influence public debate.

Key responsibilities: The role is likely to include:
