Overview Location: Europe, United KingdomSalary: Attractive SalaryRef: 38182An established iGaming business is looking to hire a Technical Compliance Manager to support the continued growth of the business. This is a newly created position.Job Description As a Technical Compliance Manager you will oversee compliance with technical and system-based regulatory requirements across assigned markets. You are a proactive self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and taking ownership of assigned licences. This includes close collaboration with Product Teams to define regulatory requirements, managing certification processes, game and platform testing, RNG and reporting compliance, and ensuring adherence to technical standards and regulator integrations.ResponsibilitiesManage all technical compliance matters related to assigned licences (e.g., system certifications, RNG approvals, change management)Oversee submissions to regulators and test labs for certification and approval processesEnsure ongoing compliance with technical standards (e.g., UKGC RTS, MGA TS, DGA/SGA requirements, GGL ISTG, etc.)Liaise with test labs to resolve technical compliance issuesSupport internal teams with interpretation of technical requirements and integration obligationsMaintain documentation and evidence for audits and regulator inspectionsCollaborate closely with Regulatory, Product, and Development teams to ensure full compliance across deploymentsMonitor and implement updates to technical standards and reporting schemasOwn and manage the technical requirements for new licence launches (gap assessments, integrations, certifications, reporting setup)Experience Required Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical compliance or regulatory technology roles within online gamblingIdeally a bachelor\’s degree in a business-related field such as law, finance, risk management, information technology or a similar disciplineIn-depth knowledge of regulatory technical standards and certification processesExperience liaising with test labs (e.g., GLI, eCOGRA, SIQ, BMM, etc.)Proven experience leading the technical requirements for new licence launches (end-to-end planning and execution)Strong analytical and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage projects across multiple jurisdictionsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesSelf-starter, proactively seeking out areas of non-compliance and driving solutionsBenefits Attractive package on offer
