Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Implement and manage contract administration processes
- Stay updated on regulatory and compliance changes in the gaming sector
- Address legal matters in various areas
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to internal and external stakeholders on legal and commercial risks
- Develop and maintain legal policies, best legal practices
- Assist in tracking the performance of junior legal team members, providing guidance, allocating tasks, and more
Qualifications:
- 6+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house in the iGaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law
- Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and complex commercial legal matters
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop junior team members
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in M&A transactions and AI is a plus
