We are seeking an Affiliate & Promotions Executive who will manage affiliate and CPA marketing initiatives, identify new partners and accounts, create and track promotions, and optimize performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, fluent in Turkish and English, and experienced in managing campaigns across Google and social media platforms. The role is with a start-up business based in London but this is a remote role. You will be an affiliate specialist with a really commercial focus and an understanding of how to maximise the effectiveness of an affiliate partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new affiliate partners via Google, CPA agencies, and Telegram channels
  • Contact and establish collaborations with affiliates and CPA networks
  • Find, integrate, and manage new accounts for affiliate programs
  • Create promotions for affiliate pages and track, measure, and evaluate their results
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for affiliate and social promotions
  • Regularly report on traffic, conversions, and campaign performance

Requirements

  • Experience in affiliate marketing for the Turkish market
  • Existing affiliate database is a significant advantage
  • Experience working with CPA agencies, Telegram channels, and social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google search, user behavior, and the affiliate ecosystem
  • Analytical thinking and performance-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Ability to report consistently, evaluate results, and optimize campaigns efficiently
