Marketing Executive
Interfuture Systems Ltd (ISL) specialises in providing a wide range of IT services, support, consultancy, project management, communications, software development, and more to businesses in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, London, and beyond since 1997.

You will play an important part in creating a marketing plan and strategy for this already successful business. Marketing
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to create a marketing plan, and be responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy.
- Arrange and manage the marketing content, ensure your written content is compelling, professional, and engaging for the Interfuture Systems (ISL) audience.
- Suggest innovative ideas for articles and blogs to engage with ISL target audience and analyse the data for engagement in order to suggest further ideas.
- Manage social media activity and take responsibility for updating the ISL website using Word Press and other digital platforms.
- Track and enhance SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to increase Google ranking.
- Deliver email campaigns and track key metrics to create marketing engagement reports, to monitor campaign success.
- Create sales support and marketing literature, including original publications, insight reports, blogs, articles, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate across the team to continue to drive growth and to implement process improvement – including project management software and marketing automation.
- Be a brand guardian, ensure adherence to ISL core values and brand guidelines.
- Take notes for various marketing interviews, to support the Sales Director.
Research for prospective clients - identifying key market trends to guide the marketing strategy for the business.
- Prepare new business proposals, ensure they are engaging and in line with ISL branding.
- Ensure client and candidate data is kept up-to-date and in line with GDPR regulations.
Be Adept at creating compelling written content.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Confident and effective telephone manner.
- Ability to plan and organise in order to meet project deadlines.
- Passionate about marketing, learning, and contributing to the growth and performance of an established business.
- Must be car owner/driver.
Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.
21 days paid annual leave in addition to any statutory holidays.
