The Role: You will play an important part in creating a marketing plan and strategy for this already successful business. This is a newly created role reporting to the Sales Director and will require the below skills and experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to create a marketing plan, and be responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy.
- Arrange and manage the marketing content, ensuring your written content is compelling, professional, and engaging for the ISL audience.
- Suggest innovative ideas for articles and blogs to engage with ISL target audience and analyse the data for engagement in order to suggest further ideas.
- Manage social media activity and take responsibility for updating the ISL website using WordPress and other digital platforms.
- Track and enhance SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to increase Google ranking.
- Deliver email campaigns and track key metrics to create marketing engagement reports, to monitor campaign success.
- Create sales support and marketing literature, including original publications, insight reports, blogs, articles, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate across the team to continue to drive growth and implement process improvement – including project management software and marketing automation.
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to ISL core values and brand guidelines.
- Take notes for various marketing interviews, to support the Sales Director.
Clients and Candidates: Research for prospective clients - identifying key market trends to guide the marketing strategy for the business. Prepare new business proposals, ensuring they are engaging and in line with ISL branding. Create compelling candidate packs, showcasing ISL prestigious clients. Ensure client and candidate data is kept up-to-date and in line with GDPR regulations.
Skills & Experience:
- Adept at creating compelling written content.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and effective telephone manner.
- Ability to plan and organise in order to meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience working within an MSP environment is beneficial, but not essential.

Initial Package: Salary £25K - £30K according to experience. Must be a car owner/driver. Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday – Friday. 21 days paid annual leave in addition to any statutory holidays. Application deadline: 28/02/2022.
Qualifications: Marketing or Business related degree/certification. Previous experience working within an MSP environment is beneficial.
