We are recruiting for a Community Growth Manager to help accelerate our social media community footprint, reach and engagement, which represents an opportunity for someone with the right skills and experience to make a huge impact in helping to reposition our brand. In this exciting new role, youâll own and develop the Interflora social community strategy, including platforms, content approach and conversation topics. Youâll develop, own and deliver a programme of activity designed to rapidly accelerate social community size and engagement. Youâll get to work with the wider marketing team to understand brand and trade objectives and then combine this with an in-depth understanding of consumer social media consumption trends and demands to then develop an effective content plan.
Required Experience
- Deep expertise and knowledge of the social media landscape and platforms including a strong understanding of how the main platforms of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest and LinkedIn work
- Experience of developing and delivering a social media strategy for a consumer brand that has driven significant growth in reach and engagement
- A trackârecord of being hands on in growing social communities and driving brand engagement
- Skills and experience in Influencer marketing
- Strong commercial acumen as well as experience in working within eâcommerce brands
- A wider appreciation of digital marketing techniques
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Thirdâparty agency management experience
