Interfix Washrooms Ltd is a family-owned specialist in the design, fit-out and refurbishment of high-quality washrooms across the education, commercial, healthcare and leisure sectors. Combining extensive industry expertise with a focus on innovation, functionality and sustainability, we deliver exceptional washroom solutions from initial design through to completion.

We are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented B2B outbound business development professional with strong qualification and follow-up skills to join our successful specialist business. The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will create and qualify new refurbishment opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline of commercially viable projects. Specifically, you will identify and engage the right decision-makers across commercial landlords, facilities teams and education estates, opening new conversations and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle. Using the C.A.S.T. (Compelling event, Authority, Size, Timeline) approach, you will qualify opportunities before providing the Sales Director with a clear and comprehensive handover. Additionally, you will:

  • Build targeted prospect lists
  • Identify practical project constraints early
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Support occasional site visits
  • Test and refine sectors and messaging based on what converts

About You

To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need:

  • Proven B2B outbound business development experience, creating opportunities rather than solely handling inbound enquiries
  • Experience of remaining resilient and consistent within a competitive market
  • Evidence of strong qualification and follow-up discipline
