Operations Manager, Pro Audio Hardware Development

Our client, a forward-thinking innovator in the audio processing space, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This newly created role is central to streamlining daily operations and scaling internal processes, with a clear path to a senior leadership position such as Chief Operating Officer.

In this position, you’ll take ownership of core operational functions potentially including HR, payroll, and broader process design as well as playing a key role in executive decision-making. You will work closely with the Head of R&D and other department leads, providing the organisational backbone needed to support an ambitious product development pipeline. Technical fluency during discussions, an ability to engage in constructive conflict, and attention to operational detail will be essential traits for success.
