An experienced commercially focused Business Manager is sought by a leading UK audio-visual equipment supplier to take responsibility for existing and trade customers and partners located in and around the UK Midlands to manage and grow its key System Integrator network and business.
In this exciting role you will be managing and developing current relationships, researching, targeting and delivering new clients to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPI’s. You will be fully supported within this role not only through the company’s training programmes but also by a strong product marketing and technical applications team.
This renowned AV equipment supplier distributes premium audio brands throughout the UK by developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships through a commitment to first class customer service and exceptional technical system design.
The successful candidate will be a confident and customer facing communicator, continuously reactive to customers’ needs and conscious of standing by commitments made to your customers. You will have significant field-based experience, your knowledge of systems integrators, resellers and consultants within the Midlands region will be demonstrable and you shall ideally have experience working in trade sales, distribution or for a manufacturer.
You will not only be the representative of the clients brand but also of the numerous premium brands that they represent. You shall have a natural commercial instinct, show consistently high attention to detail, have a can-do attitude and a desire to learn new technology to ensure the continued development of long-established relationships enabling repeat business while capitalising on new opportunities.
You will be comfortable and able to travel extensively on the road for much of your time, to support your customers and the business’s growth objectives.
