We are partnering with a rapidly scaling SaaS organisation specialising in employee health management systems, trusted by tier-one global brands. Backed by near-zero client attrition and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, the business is entering a period of significant growth over the next three to five years.
This is a pivotal hire, offering the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact client work and influence how complex workflow solutions are designed and delivered at scale.
What This Means For YouThis role offers genuine visibility and influence. You will work directly with C-suite stakeholders, shaping how complex business processes are translated into real, operational systems. You will lead from the front, owning conversations, guiding outcomes, and becoming a trusted voice in high-value engagements.
In a flat, high-growth environment, progression is driven by impact. There is clear scope for this role to evolve into a lead or head of consulting position as the business scales. This is suited to someone who wants their work recognised, who takes pride in delivery, and who thrives in environments where they are trusted to make decisions and drive outcomes.
The RoleYou will own the ‘technical’ specification design process, end-to-end, translating complex HR policies and operational requirements into structured, scalable workflow solutions. This is not a development role. You will not be coding. Instead, you will focus on designing the technical workflows correctly; ensuring they are practical, efficient, and aligned to both client needs and system capabilities.
You will operate in a highly consultative capacity, running workshops, analysing documentation and producing clear, implementable designs.
