Role Overview
The Senior Technical Delivery Consultant will play a key role in implementing bespoke ER case management solutions for clients. The successful candidate will act as the interface between business requirements and technical delivery—working across workflow design, system configuration, coding and client enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Data and Development Specialists to capture implementation requirements
- Evaluate and challenge client needs to identify the most efficient solutions
- Translate operational workflows into tailored system designs using tools like Lucidchart or similar
- Propose optimised solutions that address business challenges using the full capability of the platform
- Technical Implementation & Delivery
- Participate in planning technical build and test phases
- Configure client environments, access roles, and permissions
- Develop online forms using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- Implement business logic and workflows using JSON and JavaScript
- Support the import and validation of employee and organisational data
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure client requirements are met
- Raise and manage technical risks or issues in line with project governance
- Deliver client training, documentation, and ongoing support as needed
