Requirements

  • Experience in IT support, ideally as an IT Support Engineer, IT Technician, or in 2nd Line Support or a Service Desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Hyper‑V, SQL, networking, and ITSM platforms
