Responsibilities / Skills
The successful Java Developer will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Java Developer within a commercial environment
- Experience within a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Experience of the full software development life cycle: analysis; design; development; testing and implementation
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Passion for development and proven commercial experience as a Java Developer
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
- A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
- Pragmatic and consultative approach to problem solving
- Friendly & Enthusiastic
- Willing to bring on board new ideas
