Support Analyst
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our fast paced, challenging IT department as a Support Analyst. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and dedicated IT support team which combines Desktop and bespoke applications supporting a user base of approximately 500 staff in Leeds, London, Dusseldorf, Beijing, Tokyo and New York.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong 1st/ 2nd line experience working on a busy service desk and be looking for a more varied support analyst role.
As well as the technical skills required for this role the successful candidate will have good communication skills and a customer focused attitude towards desktop and applications support. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks is a must.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proven background working as a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst within a busy Service Desk
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience of supporting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting bespoke applications and software packages
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- PC/Laptop/mobile devices and general basic network connectivity/troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication skills
