Ideally IT degree/Level 3 IT / Microsoft qualified / ITILSkills:Systems support (2nd line)Contact number: 0113 2990570Holiday: 25 DAYS HOLIDAY + Bank Holidays – rising to 28 daysAdditional Benefits:Pension 6%Region: West YorkshireDescription Job Purpose:Providing a high level of service support and maintenance of the organisations systems and infrastructure, with the responsibility of identifying and implementing new developments, which are aligned with the organisation\’s strategy.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Proven 3+ years\’ commercial support experience (2nd line).2+ years\’ experience supporting Microsoft Exchange – 2016 on-prem and exchange online.2+ years\’ experience supporting a Microsoft Windows Server environment – 2012r2 (and onwards).2+ years\’ experience supporting Windows Active Directory and the associated services (Inc. DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, WDS, WSUS).2+ years\’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems and associated applications (i.e. MS Office).Experience in supporting and administrating a VMWare vSphere virtual environment.2+ years\’ experience supporting and maintaining network infrastructure services, including IP Routing and VLAN configurations.Proven background working as a 2nd Line Support Analyst in an ITIL service desk environment, effective in triage, and resolution and proficient in ticket handling process. Excellent technical knowledge and experience of supporting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Software. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory Network Services (Inc., but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, Group Policy, and DHCP). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange. Experience with MDM, MFA, Email/Web filtering, and Anti-Virus solutions. Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11 clients, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
