Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of small, medium, and large-scale projects (Client Implementation, Business Change, Product Development).
  • Own project success — from initial scoping through planning, resourcing, and delivery, to closure.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, the CEO, and Operations to define and refine project objectives and budgets.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, managing internal and external expectations.
  • Conduct regular monthly client success meetings with key accounts to track value delivery, system usage, and satisfaction.
  • Identify potential areas for account growth through client interactions, including expanding into new business areas, suggesting additional modules or custom development, and aligning future roadmaps with client objectives.
  • Convert client ideas and feedback into tangible project proposals and scopes — collaborating with technical and commercial teams.
  • Act as the commercial conscience of the delivery team — recognizing when a client challenge presents an opportunity.
  • Build deep and trusted relationships through nurturing, strategic communication.
  • Support and mentor a small team of Project Managers to share best practices and enhance internal capability.
  • Maintain diligent documentation and reporting, including weekly internal updates and adherence to gated project governance.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, change control, and resource tracking.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for innovation and improvement within the PM function.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing client-facing projects in a software or SaaS setting.
  • A background in delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • The ability to spot commercial potential within existing accounts and translate that into viable projects.
  • Experience in client development or key account nurturing, even if not in a formal sales role.
  • Confident running monthly success meetings with senior stakeholders in enterprise environments.
  • Experience across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • High emotional intelligence and a nurturing communication style that builds lasting trust.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other PMs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a naturally process-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • PRINCE2, PMP or similar certification.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms focused on HR, health, or employee engagement.
  • Experience with Celoxis or similar PM tools.
  • Previous exposure to global enterprise environments and multi-region delivery.
