Description

  • Helping to deliver the best software solutions to our 13,000+ customer base through innovative and industry-leading products.
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction internally and externally.
  • Complying with data privacy legislation.

Main Responsibilities

Product

  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements.
  • Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.
  • Planning and prioritising product backlog and development for the product.
  • Working with the Product Director to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics, and themes to focus on those with maximum value aligned with the product strategy.
  • Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
  • Working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.
  • Producing a clear Release Plan and monitoring performance against the release dates.
  • Researching and analysing market, users, and the product roadmap.
  • Following industry trends and competitors.
  • Keeping abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and delivering sprint and release reviews.
  • Acting as the ‘proxy customer’ to ensure developments meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.

Responsible for:

  • Attending training, listening to guidance & communications, and understanding responsibilities regarding Personal Information processing and protection, complying with company policy.
  • Being aware of risks and regulatory requirements related to Personal Information and implementing measures to mitigate them.
