We are looking for an energetic and proactive System Administrator to facilitate the development, configuration, and ongoing running of the business systems used within the company. As a System Administrator, you will work as a key team member of a global group that supports the smooth operation of systems as well as those of hundreds of franchisees in different countries. If you are enthusiastic about a career working with several IT systems and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration of MS applications to adapt to the different brands
- Configuration of Help Desk and CRM systems (Zendesk, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Prompt support of final users of multiple platforms
- Generation of periodical reports
- IT-related Help Desk Support
Additional Responsibilities:
- Working closely with other members of the IT team and in coordination with vendors and suppliers
- Update of databases of proprietary and 3rd party platforms
- Migration of systems
- Updates of versions of multiple systems
- Other IT support requirements to ensure an efficient operation of the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3+ years experience in a support role or equivalent
- Strong degree of computer literacy and understanding of IT systems
- Microsoft Office programs including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Bookings, etc.
- Experience of working with Student Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, and Virtual Learning Environments (desirable)
- A base understanding of Database Fundamentals
- Previous experience working in a customer-focused environment dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of supporting 3rd party and in-house developed applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language) as documentation processes will be required
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, potentially including out of hours working
- Able to offer 1st line IT support for Head Office
Additional Qualifications are a Plus:
- Proficiency with a CRM platform (e.g. MS Dynamics or equivalent)
- Proven project management skills
- Familiarity with WordPress or equivalent
- Familiarity with the education sector
- Familiarity with Franchising organizations
- Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent
- Proficiency in SQL
