The organisation has a small IT set up in terms of head count, with 2 people currently in the IT team; covering IT Operations and Management plus Development. They now require an inquisitive IT professional who enjoys understanding new systems and takes pride in trying to make them better. Job Function, Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience and/or a strong interest to support and proactively maintain the company ERP business system within a fast-moving manufacturing environment including:
  • Knowledge of the EFACS ERP business solution or other leading ERP
  • Use of SQL Server including maintenance, backups
  • Creating reports for business users and management, ideally using BIRT and MS PowerBI or experience of other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Identifying and reporting issues/improvements of the ERP
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team, particularly in projects involving EFACS
  • Utilise outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex challenges within the EFACS
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring you can collaborate effectively with individuals at all organisational levels
  • Possess a thorough familiarity with ERP driven manufacturing
