Role
- The DevOps Engineer will participate in the entire development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system design, development, quality assurance, testing, and deployment.
- Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data. Ensure that high levels of automation are implemented and maintained across the teams.
- Hands-on into daily work including troubleshooting production issues; communicate well with the stakeholders concerned.
- Cultivate effective working relationships with global business users and other IT teams.
Profile
- The DevOps Engineer should be experienced in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with core Java, Spring, and design patterns.
- Experience with API development and Microservice frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration frameworks.
- Experience with Unix, including the ability to analyze log files.
- Experience with RDBMS databases.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks, like FitNesse, UFT, and Selenium.
- Hands-on incident management and production support experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud/GCP technology.
- Experience with the Vue.js/React framework.
- Exposure to distributed global team setups.
