Work Hours – 37.5 hours per week

Education Requirements – Graduate Calibre

Job Location – 2 Globe Road, Leeds, LS11 9QG

Qualifications – Any BI Qualifications useful including MS Stack

There is a growing requirement to build MI/BI for newly developing business units. Analysing current performance is key to these areas succeeding.

Responsibilities

  1. Interrogate SQL database to produce Management Information
  2. Analyse trends and patterns to help make business decisions
  3. Develop models to make business predictions
  4. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business

Experience Requirements

A presentable and highly organised individual, with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work including a logical approach to problem solving. An effective communicator, able to deal with colleagues and potentially suppliers in a professional and confident manner.

Able to adapt to changing conditions and be a quick learner. Must have the ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines as well as the drive to expand their knowledge as appropriate.

Skills & Knowledge

  1. SQL
  2. Advanced Excel
  3. SAS Qualifications
  4. Significant expertise with SAS or SQL (Required)
  5. Knowledge of Statistical packages such as SPSS (or similar) is highly desirable
  6. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  7. Numerate BSc (e.g. Maths, Economics, Engineering)
