- New Business focused with a track record of developing and winning sales through large scale tender cycles.
- Commitment to learning our products/services in detail and preparing and carrying out of product demonstrations.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in selling vertical solutions into Local Government and or the Utility or Contracting sectors)
- Proven ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels – both internally and externally
- Excellent communication/presentation skills – both written and oral
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
The Person
This role would suit someone who wants a long term career with a sustainable and friendly business who operate in an ethical framework where employees are valued as being part of the fabric of what they offer to their customers. The ideal person will be at the mid point in their career having possibly done the hard yards in cold sales but who is now looking to settle into a softer approach without the pressure of targets and where your contribution is measured and valued differently.
