Location: London, United Kingdom (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE £45,000+)

As part of our continued international growth, we're hiring Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding London office. This role will initially focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process (180 recruitment), supporting some of our leading clients across the UK and Europe. As you develop, you'll progress into a full-desk (360) recruitment role, taking ownership of both client development and candidate management across the ERP, CRM, and Data markets.

You'll join a high-energy, collaborative sales environment where you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, work on live vacancies from day one, and begin earning commission from your first placements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Candidate Sourcing & Qualification: Identifying and engaging top technology talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, advertising, networking, and our internal database.
  • Business Development: Building relationships with new clients while expanding existing accounts to uncover hiring opportunities. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including pitching, negotiating, and closing recruitment deals.
  • Relationship Building: Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates across the Cloud, Data, ERP, and CRM markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales, customer-facing, or business development experience is advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn and embrace the InterEx recruitment methodology.
  • Resilient, competitive, and ambitious individuals with a proven track record of achievement through academics, sports, work, or other pursuits.
