As InterEx Group continues to expand, we are looking to hire motivated Recruitment Consultants, working in the Salesforce market, to join our high-performing team based in EC2M 2EF.
This position offers structured training, clearly defined career progression, and a supportive, performance-focused culture where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
In this role, you will support the growth of the business by building strong client relationships and delivering contract recruitment solutions across specialist technology markets.
- Develop new client opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements
- Negotiate fees and manage ongoing client accounts
- Support candidates throughout the full recruitment journey, from initial contact to placement
Delivery and Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
- Maintain awareness of market trends across ERP, CRM, Data, and related technology sectors
At least one year of recruitment experience preferred. Evidence of billing success and confidence working to KPIs. Interest in the technology recruitment market is beneficial.
Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential. Transparent career progression from Consultant through to Director. Regular incentives and rewards including team events and international trips such as Ibiza, Dubai, and Miami.
