The Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will focus on hiring Recruitment Consultants and above to join InterEx and support the continued growth of our business. This role is essential in ensuring we attract top recruitment talent to fuel our expansion. You will lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure experienced Recruiters who can thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to hire Recruiters for InterEx.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates with a focus on individuals with agency experience or a background in recruiting sales professionals.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring goals and deliver recruitment solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Manage candidate offers, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure a seamless start for new hires.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive edge.

About You:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for recruitment agencies or sales-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment agency operations and sales-driven cultures.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
