Talent Acquisition Consultant

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our internal recruitment team in London and play a key role in attracting the next generation of talent into the business.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will take ownership of the internal recruitment process, identifying, attracting and securing high-quality candidates to support the continued growth.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs, build strong candidate pipelines and ensure we're bringing in people who align with InterEx's culture, values and ambitions.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll have real ownership over hiring and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full internal recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial outreach through to offer management and onboarding.
• Recruit across a variety of positions, including Trainee Recruitment Consultants, Sales Consultants, Associate Consultants and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews, assessing candidates' experience, motivations, personality and suitability for InterEx.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand role requirements and deliver against hiring targets.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top sales and recruitment talent.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Agency Recruitment.
• Confident sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• A confident individual who can engage candidates, influence hiring managers and make informed recruitment decisions.
• Someone with a positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for finding great people.
