What You\’ll Do:

• Build and expand your network, connecting top talent with leading clients in Data, ERP, and CRM
• Proactively cold call prospective clients and candidates to generate new opportunities
• Secure and manage long-term client relationships
• Handle multiple full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement
• Negotiate, finalize, and coordinate job offers between candidates and clients

What We\’re Looking For:

• 12+ months experience as a 360/full-desk Contract Recruiter in Technology
• Proven track record of building a successful Contract book
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Ambitious professionals who excel at bringing in new business
• High energy
• Passion to continue to learn and grow within your role
